We are proud to state that we are the first to introduce and make Interventional Psychiatry available to the South Jersey area: TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation-2019), Spravato (Esketamine-2020) and recently IV Ketamine therapy (2023).
Dr. Srisai Gowda and our clinical team(PMHNPs) make state of the art psychiatric treatment options available and accessible to Jersey Shore area residents. Welcome to our state-of-the-art psychiatric office, where compassionate care meets cutting-edge treatments. Our dedicated team of mental health professionals is committed to providing a comprehensive range of services to enhance your well-being. We just added a ‘Ketamine spa’; an additional space/office suite (02/’24) to offer more treatment rooms for psychedelic assisted treatments, to introduce neuropsych testing and add wellness & other forms of groups therapy.
At our facility, we specialize in Interventional Psychiatry, offering innovative treatments to address a variety of mental health concerns. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), TDCS, Accelerated TMS, Intravenous Ketamine, and Spravato therapy are just a few examples of the advanced interventions we provide to ensure personalized and effective care for our clients.
Because Dr. Gowda is referred some of the most complex cases he has extensive experience providing effective and innovative treatment options, even when his patients have not had success with many traditional approaches. He is also able to evaluate for and provide other neuromodulation techniques, such as TMS, tDCS, Spravato, IV Ketamine and is planning to incorporate other psychedelic treatment options as they become established and safe. He is able to improve patient outcomes by considering a combination of these treatments when indicated. He specializes in bipolar disorder, treatment-resistant depression, various anxiety disorders, OCD, and PTSD.

“this was one of the worst choices for me. the technicians are all VERY sweet, but the psychiatrists are cash-grabbers and don’t listen with intent to listen, but to respond with more of their treatments to get a buck. My daughter came in recently for treatment, and she was so uncomfortable during treatments & they made her feel absolutely crazy for speaking up about it. she did not have Dr. Gowda, but she had the other one, and although he was respectful, he did not really care for her best interest in that was very apparent by the words that he said. My daughter has been in a significantly worse state since we left this facility, and I urge you to do your research before you go in. This is not to scare you, but instead inform you of the bad results that something may have Especially with the negative environment they created. you know it’s bad when even the technicians have their own words about the psychiatrist that they work for.”
